The Kashmir Plan 2022 Why in News? Recently, The home minister Amit Shah stated that the government had decided to resettle all displaced Kashmiri pandits in the valley by 2022. Who are Kashmiri pandits? Actually, it is a minor community in the Jammu and Kashmir region of India. They left the valley around 1990 due to to some reasons. What are the reasons for Kashmiri pandits to leave Kashmir?? According to a political scientist Alexander Evans , approximately 95% of the total population left the Kashmir valley in 1990 e due to the militancy control over the region.
